South Yorkshire Dealmaker Awards 2011

President Engineering Group Ltd, the parent company of Bestobell Valves, was awarded South Yorkshire Dealmakers 2011 Award of “Deal of the Year”. This prestigious accolade was awarded to PEGL primarily because the transfer of ownership of the Bestobell and Conflow businesses was seen by all the institutions involved (legal, banking and finance advisory) as having all the elements of a successful deal – a profitable international business with a strong customer base, strong brands, and a strong management team to take the business forward.
